A serious illness after quitting smoking led me down a conventional medical path—but the medication made me sicker. Ironically, that was the turning point. It sparked a profound journey of healing and self-discovery that ultimately led to the creation of my Energy Healing practice.

My path began at age 14, shaped by a rescue racehorse and a book—The Search for Bridey Murphy. Since then, I’ve spent over two decades guiding others back to balance and wellbeing through energy work.

With 21 years of experience in Energy Healing, I’ve trained as a Reiki Master, studied Reconnective Healing and The Reconnection with Dr. Eric Pearl, and explored a wide range of spiritual teachings—from Divine Science and Buddhism to A Course in Miracles and Lightarian Reiki. I’m also a certified Past Life Regression Practitioner and a member of the Distant Healers Network.

Horses have been a lifelong passion. For over 50 years, I’ve worked with traumatized and abused horses, brought on young ones, and provided a safe retirement for the old. The connection between horses and healing runs deep in my life.
